friends since middle school (since the ago 11 or so) .
She was also the maid of honor at our wedding. I have this great picture taken that day
of the two of us cheek to cheek. Our faces glowing. Everybody who sees that picture
says the same thing. You and your sister look so much alike. I never correct them because
she is my sister in every way.
Anyway, her parents found out I was coming to town and asked if they could join us.
Heck yeah ! I was thrilled.
Her dad is having some medical problems so he wasn't feeling up to the very long drive
but it was sooooo wonderful to seeher mom. Especially with everything I have been going
thru with my lack of family support.
Anyway, they drove at least 100 miles EACH way to have breakfast with us. OMG
I could not believe it.
It's been a long time since we hae seen each other. We talk on the phone, email but it is
not the same. The visit was the best thing that could have happened to me. I really really
needed to feel that kind of love. I love you both so much. I miss not being able to do our
mexican food runs. I can't remeber the name of the restuarant but I remember where
it was and that the food and margarita's were great but mostly it was being with Dawn.
We had to leave for the cruise boarding about noon. We had made arrangements to preboard me.
Thank you both for being there for me. Let's do this again soon. I miss you both.
Have a great day everybody

This is a fabulous post and picture! My best friend and I have been friends and live in the same town since we met in 1st grade (I followed her to TN). It is wonderful to have that unconditional love and support. Glad you were able to enjoy lunch with your best friend and her mom.
Thanks diane. It is great to have someone like that in your life...And her mom is an extra special bonus..:-)
