Another one bites the dust

So recently I found out yet another "friend" has been getting paid to 

Spy on me . 

Really are we 5 years old ??

You cheated on me with my friend and denying it yet she calls me and 

Harasses me all the time

Now a friend is sharing my relationship with him

Ok yes I'm dating a guy. A great guy

Leave me alone

It's time to move on

Just because you are miserable doesn't mean I am and more importantly I'm 

Not coming back to you

So get drunk and leave me alone

By the way we are improving my home with many projects and of course there is 

The beautiful Harley Davidson just purchased

Was it worth it ? I'm laughing all the way to the bank

Slippery slide

Yesterday I was cleaning up and decided to empty the trash

Got on scooter and rounded everything up

Got toe my ramp , which had just been shoveled

With my front wheels on downward slope the scooter took off sliding down a sheet of ice and landing with force against the fence

I couldn't believe it. I think I screamed the whole way down

I put the trash away and turned around

My scooter couldn't handle the ice. Wheels turning but going nowhere. I was stuck

I screamed for help because it was 10 degrees and I had no coat

I pressed my emergency button.

I could hardly hear them abd they couldn't hear me

After 40 minutes and calling everybody local on the phone the EMT showed up. Jumped the fence and got be in the house

I was checked for frostbite my friend and her husband showed up wrapped me in blankets 

Got me warmed up

Merry Christmas everybody

This was the true meaning of friendship

Security

I've been trying to take my safety more seriously

I'm being harassed and although I've changed the locks and added more I have chosen to install a complete security system with camera surveillance and alarms

This way anybody coming near my he will have a lot if explaining to do

Lost my hat

Yesterday despite the bitter cold I ventured out to the grocery store 

I had plans to take handi van there earlier in the day but cancelled because I had computer problems and couldn't get my orders done

Do my friend took me and I got the groceries I needed

As I was getting in car we noticed I'd lost my hat. She went in looked around but couldn't find it 

Left my name and number with customer service

Called this morning and nobody had turned it in

I am so upset

Not that I lost my hat but how somebody could keep it

It was 10 degrees out and windchill was about 25 below zero

What kind of person does that?

The hat was a Packers knit hat that someone

Special bought for me. It was also the breast cancer awareness hat ( my mother has breast cancer. )

I bought another one today at a sporting goods store

It was their last one

To the person who found my hat at grocery store abd kept it in such a cold day. I wish you a Merry Christmas .

I hope Santa brings you what you deserve... Karma

Go Pack Go

Spent Sunday at the Packer game at beautiful Lambeau Field..

Went with a friend from Illinois ( a Bears fan- yikes) and we decided the
weekend in Green Bay.

I hope he enjoyed himself. Lambeau Field is an awesome stadium.

Wisconsin people are the best. It was raining and getting in  his vehicle was a problem (SUV with no running boards) and although Im almost 6 ft we both knew my MS was going to be a problem.

Thanks Kat ( also for taking care of my kiddos), to the 2 ladies at the hotel ( who were obviously in the healthcare profess ion ) and to the army soldier and his wife who lifted me into the truck

This is  why I chose to stay in Wisconsin

Since I have season tickets  to the Packers this scenario will happen again.

I gave some tickets away and donated some..

many changes

Well as some of you know my life is changing rapidly

Thanks to all of your support and love


Because of many of you I am a strong and happy person..

Change is good and I'm ready to take on whatever comes my way

Thanks to Barb and Kat...You guys rock. My wonderful neurologist, NMSS, my vendors, friends, family and total strangers ( who have since become friends)

This could not have happened without you and that Im ever so grateful..

Stressful time

Its been a really stressful time in my life.

Im amazed at how many people have bailed on me. I really know how to
pick friends.

I hope they don't need me anytime soon. Im reading a book on forgiveness so  maybe when they need me I'll be in a better place

Im actually in a good place despite what I am going thru. My support systems is there and I am
ready for what lies ahead.

Physical Therapy

I went to physical therapy today...I'm completely worn out but happy to have a partner
to help me get stronger.
Took  2 hr nap when I got home..It felt great

Dinner the other night was wonderful. Thanks Kat...had a rainbow margarita.I want another..
I havent been out to dinner since my birthday in Janury so it was great to get out for a girls night.

I'm looking  for a volunteer opportunity here in town. Not that I have the time but I have the desire to give back...Trying to decide what to do...Any ideas?

Changes

Recently I bought some physical therapy walking bars. They were expensive but I
had to believe they would be helpful and I have to admit Ive noticedsome changes but the best part was when my friend noticed how much easier I got in and out her car.

So there ! Positive people create positive results.. I can do anything !!

Found a coupon for dinner tonight..Most people know Im always using a coupon for something. I refuse to pay full price for anything. OK, call me cheap..LOL

Been working all morning getting caught up and making some progress. Owning a business is a paperwork nightmare. There is always something to file or update.

Love the business hate the office work

Summerfest

Sunday we did the last of 3 MS Walks in Wisconsin

This one was at Summerfest in Milwaukee

It was outside and the weather was great. I even got a little pink.

They changed the format so we lost out on the after walk sales but all in all we did well.

I,on the other hand, am beyond exhausted. I planned to get up early and enter orders but overslept. A sign my MS body was tired. I am so in need of a massage. Any volunteers?

Bank deposit is done and inventory is done...Now entering orders and getting organized.

I love doing the walks but they wear me out.

Going to dinner with a friend tomorrow and looking forward to it. Time for a social life

Walk MS

last week we did the Walk MS for Fox Cities, near Appleton.
It was the first time we did that location and it was alot of fun.

The weather was  so cold people gave up on walking. Brrr

Love being around  positive people

Made mac and cheese from scratch last night..Still trying to perfect my recipe..
lots of leftovers though.

MS Awareness

I read about a new PSA involving the cast from The Young and the Restless
and Sharon Osbourne and her son, recently diagnosed wit MS, Jak.

Wow ! What a great thing to do.

Does this mean we as MS er's actually have a role model to raise awareness for MS?

We really need someone to help bring attention and dollars to finding a cure.

Too bad Montel is too busy pimping blenders and other crap.

Thank You Jack Osbourne for being the one. We truly appreciate your efforts.

frustrated

Spent the morning to re-route a UPS package...

I ordered it last night and it is scheduled for delivery on Monday.

It is a really large package and I am unable to manage it myself. I dont
want it put on the porch because we are suppose to get a big snow storm Monday.

UPS wanted me to set up an account ( for a mere $40) wtf? so they could email me when I have a package. Wow ! What a bargain !!
This after spending 230 minutes on Hold.

Try customer service first before ou charge $40 to do your job. Just saying !

UPS your new system stinks. Been a business customer for over 10 years.
Your welcome for my business howeve2r you can take your $40 and shove it up
our ass.
